Walter Moore
Mr. Moore founded APPI in 1996 and serves as President and Chairman of the Board. In 1980, Mr. Moore was President and Founder of Trans Data Corporation, a market research and consulting firm specializing in the banking and financial services industry, and in 1987 founded Niche Publishing a firm with over a decade of experience working extensively with associations. Mr. Moore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 1975. He received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland, in 1984.

Mr. Payne joined APPI in 2000 and today serves as Executive Vice President. Mr. Payne is responsible for the development and management of APPI programs, service operations, and sales, corporate financial and legal matters. Mr. Payne graduated with honors from Wake Forest University. He received a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a Masters of Law in Taxation from the George Washington University National law Center.

Ms. Kiernan joined APPI in 2001 and serves as Senior Vice President. Ms. Kiernan is responsible for developing and managing APPI’s association relationships, and the administration of APPI’s sales and marketing activities with trade associations. Ms. Kiernan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from LaSalle University in 1986. She received her Masters of Business Administration degree from Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2000.

Jeff Sherman
Mr. Sherman joined APPI in 2003 and serves as Director of Consulting.  Mr. Sherman is responsible for managing and training APPI’s team of Consultants. He also works directly with member businesses, specializing in manufacturing and healthcare.  Mr. Sherman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s of Business Administration, both from Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD.

Seagraves’ primary responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing and sales initiatives with national, state, and local trade associations and other affinity groups that have endorsed APPI as their exclusive energy and utility consulting firm.  Seagraves earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from High Point University in High Point, NC, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD. A Salisbury native, Seagraves is active in the local community with many non-profit entities including service on the Ambassador Committee of the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce.
